Dr. Schwitzgebel-- Great interview--interesting data (that I hadn't been aware of, though I'm sure its been available for a little while). Quick question-- What percentage of the ethicists said that they hadn't eaten the meat of a mammal at all in the last week? I just wanted a ball park figure as to what percentage of ethicists are vegetarians.
Thanks for the kind comment, Preston! 27% of ethicists, 20% of non-ethicist philosophers, and 14% of the other professors claimed that they ate the meat of a mammal (such as beef or pork) at zero meals per week.
