This looks like an intriguing book.
When does it come out on the kindle?
The final product turned out quite nicely, Eric. My complimentary copy arrived from the publisher this week, and I've bought a second from Amazon to send to my parents.
BTW, are any plans afoot for an electronic edition?
@ Tara and Pete: The editors have made reassuring noises about electronic availability, but I don't have contractual language enforcing that. So: I hope so! I have emphasized to them that that is important to me.
