Thought for the Day

What you believe is not what you say you believe. It is how you act.

What you desire is not what you say you desire. It is what you choose.

Who you are is how you live.

You know this about other people, but it is very difficult to know this about yourself.

Acting Contrary to Our Professed Beliefs (Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, 2010).

Knowing Your Own Beliefs (Canadian Journal of Philosophy, 2011).

A Dispositional Approach to the Attitudes (New Essays on Belief, 2013).
